About The Job


The Event Concessions Manager will work closely with venue partners to manage distribution of Liquid Death across all venues included in all sponsorships and festivals outside of Live Nation. This person will develop and maintain working relationships with event and venue concessionaires to strategically forecast annual product needs and provide monthly sales reports from all events. This role requires cross-functional collaboration between operations and accounting teams to coordinate the timely delivery and planning of distribution for all domestic and international venue partners.This position is a remote role on the Experiential team and will report into the Senior Director, Events & Concessions.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with event/venue concessionaires
  • Provide monthly product sales reports for all non-Live Nation venues
  • Work closely with external stakeholders and internal accounting team to reconcile product related PO and invoicing
  • Work closely with concessionaires and event/venue partners to strategically forecast and plan annual product needs for all partnerships
  • Product distribution for all venue sponsorships
  • Manage product orders and distribution for all national accounts
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Liquid Death operations team to coordinate product distribution and delivery requirements for all events
  • Manage distribution of product for all Liquid Death event/venue partnerships outside of the Live Nation accounts where product is sold


Education And Experience


  • Strong communication skills to provide training, support, and insights
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong business acumen in planning, analyzing, and market strategy
  • 3-5 years CPG or beverage industry sales experience

Physical Demands


  • 10% travel domestic, but may change over time
  • Able to carry up to 30 lbs


The typical salary range for this position is : $85k - $95k


The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes equity and benefits.
