At The Amplify Agency, we’re always looking to add exceptional talent to our dynamic team. This month we’re looking for an Event Assistant to support our event teams. This is an on-site/outbound role, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, able to manage their time effectively, and enjoys working with people!

You’ll be involved in planning, strategizing, coordinating teams, delegating tasks, and generally helping to execute events in different locations across the Greater Philadelphia region. On a typical day, you’ll be in the office in the morning to allocate event locations, plan travel, learn new skills, and/or review current offers and product information. Then you’ll travel to a specific event location to support the team and engage with customers when appropriate. As part of this position, you will also complete a handful of sales transactions when you come across customers eligible for certain offers and are genuinely interested in entering into a commercial agreement.

As an agency specializing in outsourcing brand experiences, we represent our client’s brands. If we’ve done our job correctly, you may have never heard of us, but you have most certainly been exposed to one of our remarkable brand experiences.


Over the next 18 months, we anticipate a significant increase in demand as we continue to expand our existing campaigns and venture into new markets across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. This will open up opportunities for advancement within our Philadelphia office and in the new locations. There’s never been a better time to join our team!


Requirements & Recommendations:


  • No degree is necessary, but it can be helpful to have marketing or business-related degrees, qualifications, coursework, etc
  • Due to the outbound nature of this role, you’ll need to be over 18 and eligible to work in the US (we aren’t authorized to provide sponsorship at this time)
  • Although we provide extensive training, it helps if you’ve had some administrative or office-based work experience. It’s also helpful if you’ve worked in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, etc


Having a positive attitude, extroverted personality, and a lot of energy is also helpful!

Office Location: Downtown Philadelphia (19123)


Weekly Pay: $800-1000 (on target earnings, base + bonuses)


Hours: Full-Time, Somewhat Flexible, Monday-Saturday


Start Date: As soon as possible, within 2 weeks expected
