Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales engineering area, participating in technical-commercial meetings with customers.

• Review customer inquiries and provide technical support to sales engineering for product offerings.

• Resolve customer requests for information and documentation, ensuring their full satisfaction.

• Perform understanding and analysis of customer requirements and generation of

specifications associated with the EV Charging area.

• Oversee and monitor the product globally in the company, collaborating with the rest of the departments to ensure compliance with objectives in the launch of the product to the market.

• Follow-up of the product during its useful life.

• Develop charger applications for electric vehicles according to customer

specifications.

• Carry out the exploration, market analysis and study of the competition in the electric vehicle chargers’ sector, gathering information that will facilitate the drawing of conclusions for the development of the company.

• Provide support on technical solutions to the technical service team.

• Prepare and manage the documentation associated with the area's products and projects.

• Provide information and collaborate with the documentation area, ensuring the correct accuracy and traceability of the information.

• Carry out all those tasks entrusted by your immediate manager both associated with your area and linked to other departments to ensure the correct development of the work.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally with experience in renewable/solar.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
