Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating costs and preparing bids for a wide range of projects, including pipeline, powerline, energy, boring, push work, automatic welding, drilling, congested lay, EPC, logistics, site prep, civil, demo, Civil Estimating, civil estimator, and Civil Engineering Estimator. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all estimates are accurate and competitive and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project risks.
• Review and analyze project costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Work closely with the project team to understand project requirements and develop estimates that meet those requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and ensure that estimates are accurate.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and bid documents.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for pipeline, powerline, energy, boring, push work, automatic welding, drilling, congested lay, EPC, logistics, site prep, civil, demo, Civil Estimating, civil estimator, and Civil Engineering Estimator projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 2+ years of experience in estimating pipeline, powerline, energy, boring, push work, automatic welding, drilling, congested lay, EPC, logistics, site prep, civil, demo, Civil Estimating, civil estimator, and Civil Engineering Estimator projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
