Description:

The School District of Springfield Township, located in Montgomery County, PA serves approximately 2550 students in 4 schools. Erdenheim Elementary School is a progressive elementary school serving students in grades 3 through 5 with a 2022-2023 enrollment of approximately 590 students. The district is now seeking candidates to fill the opening for the Principal of Erdenheim Elementary School.


Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:

  • Master's/Doctorate degree in education or related field
  • Active and valid PA Principal K-12 certification
  • Experience as an elementary school administrator preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience as a Principal
  • Minimum of 5 years working in a professional elementary capacity as a teacher or counselor

  • Holds a strong focus on academic achievement with the ability to drive progress through the interpretation of student data
  • Possesses the ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
  • Conveys a strong knowledge of PA state standards

Terms of employment:

Administrative position to be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of Act 93 compensation plan. Position to begin on or before July 1, 2023.
