Epic Patient Experience Analyst

CereCore is seeking an Epic Patient Experience Analyst to join our team in Jupiter, FL (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• The Epic Patient Experience Analyst is the primary support contact for multiple Epic applications, including MyChart Patient Experience Portal Platform, MyChart Bedside, MyChart Care Companion & Welcome Patient Kiosk.
• The should be familiar with inpatient clinical documentation and ambulatory applications.
• The Epic Patient Experience Analyst will also be familiar with legal requirements and operational policies related to patient and family privacy practices.
• Will be involved on an ongoing basis with providing support for Welcome hardware and peripherals.
• They will work with the network and desktop support team to configure the applications and determine device management strategies.

Position Requirements:

• Understanding of the integration or interfaces that will exist between Epic applications.
• Clinical knowledge of clinical workflows and procedures.
• Epic Certified in MyChart & Welcome.
• Prior analyst experience working with Epic.
• Experience with MyChart Bedside and MyChart Companion.
• Hybrid role (expected to be in the office 3 days a week)
• Work history/knowledge of workflows and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of college education and relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Prior experience with understanding workflow within clinical departments and interacting operationally with other areas of the organization, such as ordering physicians, the billing office, and medical records.
