Job Description

Provide program support to FAA modernization initiatives and integration of operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support resource management tasks assigned by the client
  • Draft documents such as instructions, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
  • Organize and assist with planning and directing teamwork among subject matter experts and/or project leads
  • Drive key team activities and events (such as all-hands meeting, team meetings, conferences, ordering supplies and social events)
  • Conduct research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/ solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, organizing, and execution of meetings, events, conferences, off-sites, and reserving related conference rooms
  • Perform administrative back up support for other offices
  • Develop communication and correspondence with stakeholders and internal teams to meet and execute program objectives
  • Develop document and template formats, including a weekly status briefing package, to support more efficient communication across various layers of the organization
  • Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
Qualifications

Qualified applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to satisfy FAA resume approval processes
  • 0-2 years of FAA experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiences
  • Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team member
Education
  • A BA/BS in any discipline is required
Travel
  • Limited travel may be required
