Entry-Level Event Assistant Jobs

We are searching for a passionate event marketing assistant to work with our events team and customer care team to plan and execute events from start to finish.

As an event assistant, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other event colleagues, sales professionals, and customer service personnel to promote and increase brand awareness for our clients.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Manage the event's general aesthetic, layout, and design
• Delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Work with marketing and public relations to promote and attract new consumers to the event
• Achieve personal and event team sales goals.
• Developing long-term customer connections and trust via transparent and participatory communication
• To provide customers the greatest value possible, provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
• Work with management to determine their needs and achieve client satisfaction.

Qualifications For An Event Marketing Assistant

• A high school diploma is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize your duties
• Experience with customer service or events is preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt/respond to various sorts of characters
