Project Coordinator


JRC Incorporated is in search of an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator responsible for tracking/managing projects from start to finish.

Licensed/Registered in 48 of 50 states we specialize in commercial and industrial capital improvement projects with a focus in steep and low slope roofing and siding.


Must live in Nashville, TN area. Position is located in corporate Greenbrier office.


Position Overview


Once a project is awarded to JRC the Project Coordinator will be responsible for all internal and external communication to ensure the project starts, progresses, and completes as scheduled. Will manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Responsibilities


  • Complete Billing, Draw Requests, and Invoicing for new construction projects
  • Create and maintain digital project folders for job specifics
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned based on work load
  • Track work completed, Calculate pay rates, and Request Payments for sub-contractor payments
  • Facilitate meetings when necessary to distribute project information to team members
  • Data entry of jobs, schedules, and other information into excel spreadsheets and tracking software
  • Monitor and update project schedules and track costs -vs- budget


Skills And Experience


  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Critical thinker, detail oriented, good time management skills
  • Ability to complete tasks on their own with little direct supervision and/or direction
  • Good knowledge of math, calculations, and data entry
  • Knowledge of roofing or construction industry a plus
