Job Description
As an Entry-Level Project Manager at Draft Note Design, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful completion of various projects. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  • Documentation: Keep project documentation up-to-date, including project plans, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Assist in creating project plans, including defining objectives, scope, resources, and timelines.


Qualifications:


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
