Entry Level - Payroll/Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

We are actively seeking a 𝘗𝘢𝘺𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭/𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘌𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵 (𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘦) for our 𝘼𝙩𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖 branch. This position handles inbound customer support calls as well as data entry and payroll processing for clients.
Ｊｏｂ Ｄｕｔｉｅｓ：

• Review data for completeness and accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service via email support.
• Report potential issues to customer(s)
• Calculate and process payroll related changes
• Provide excellent customer service while handling high inbound call volume
• Verify payroll output against reports
• Data entry and import of data into system
• Research, escalate to support team and/or resolve customer or system problems

Ｑｕａｌｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎｓ：

• Strong data entry skills
• Experience using Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
• Call center experience a plus

Ｃｏｍｐｅｎｓａｔｉｏｎ：
Starting hourly rate of pay may be increased in the first 90 days by passing internal payroll certification exams which are administered at work.
