This position is perfect if you’re ambitious and have a fun personality! You’ll learn how to raise brand awareness for our client’s products and services, sales and revenue management, business management, and market research to name a few, all while getting paid. As this position is entry level you will first start with the basics, as listed below.

Initial Responsibilities:

• Complete new customer documentation
• Deal with all customer inquiries
• Attend industry meetings
• Create brand awareness on behalf of our clients
• Working directly with customers to complete sales transactions
• Help customers understand new offers and the best deals available
• Work alongside the CEO to hit preset sales goals
• Learn the clients’ products and services

As you develop further you will be able to get involved in further duties such as:

• Help set up events
• Travel to event locations
• Attend workshops to help expand your skills and knowledge
• Attend client meetings

Management Progression

As with any career, development, and progression is very important. For successful Management Trainees that are able to prove themselves and their ability to work with customers, carry out tasks consistently and work with the team effectively, progression opportunities to work in our management team will become available. General Management duties will include:

• Overseeing Departments - Sales Team / Recruitment Team / HR Team / Social Media Team
• Client Management
• Setting out necessary targets
• Team Management
• Scheduling Events - Location / Type of Campaign / Event Team
