Entry Level Data Entry Clerk

FirstPro is now accepting resumes for a Data Entry Coordinator position based in Dorchester, MA. This role will focus on gathering materials and documents, then working through entering the data into the company's database. This is a contract position that can be extended; the role will be mostly hybrid but will require you to walk through a few field sites and collect information.

Training and materials needed for work will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Check and update data that flows between the marketing system and the sales system. Accuracy will be essential
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Doing manual data entry from one database to another
• Processes customer contact information by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures
• Prepares source data for computer entry by researching and compiling information
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts quickly
• Ability to determine inconsistencies in data and take the initiative to resolve
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Application skills, especially Excel
