Job Description

Title: Entry Level Customer Research Associate

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $20/hr


We are seeking Entry Level Customer Research Associates to join a leading global financial services firm. This opportunity is fully remote and is full-time. Successful incumbent will have a Bachelors Degree in English, History, or a related field and any research or writing experience is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the identified issues to determine their root causes and contributing factors.
  • Carefully examine the complaints to identify the primary issue(s) raised by the customer.
  • Receive and review customer complaints in various formats, such as written feedback, recorded calls, and transcribed audio files.
  • Categorize and sort complaints based on the nature of the problem, working within a systematic organization system for efficient retrieval and analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, History, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in reading comprehension, extracting key information, and summarizing complex content effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from customer feedback data.
