Entry Level Communication And Marketing Associate

An Entry Level Communication and Marketing Associate plays an active role in the daily operations of the customer service and lead generation team. This position is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging with customers through direct marketing to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service.

**This position is in person in Sandusky, OH**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day sales, marketing, and campaign management
• Participate in ongoing product training courses
• Work with your manager to ensure alignment with company goals
• Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach
• Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment and identifying an opportunity to expand
• Identify and generate new lead opportunities through relationship building
• Generate new sales

Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required:

• Ability to multi-task and react well under pressure, and treat others with respect
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Focuses on solving conflicts and listening to others without interrupting
• Identifies and resolves problems promptly.
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
• Prioritizes and plans work activities
