Endeavor Schools is seeking an Enrollment Specialist. This is a full-time position and does have the option to be local or remote.
The ideal candidate is efficient, well organized and able to multi-task, with a friendly disposition. Responsibilities
The Enrollment Specialist position works extensively with prospective families to educate and assist with admissions into one of our quality private schools. The Enrollment Specialist creates excitement and builds rapport with families as they work to enroll families into schools. The Enrollment Specialist will also represent Endeavor School's Core Values as they emulate first class customer service to the many families they speak with every day and is expected to meet enrollment goals to support the network of Endeavor Schools.
The main responsibilities for the position are:
  • Service all inbound phone, email, and communication inquiries to build rapport, educate on program and school information, and assist in the completion of the enrollment process.
  • Be knowledgeable of industry trends and school specific differentiators.
  • Efficiently manage and provide service to every inquiry that results in a registration.
  • Speak confidently about the curriculum, philosophy, and benefits of each school.
  • Partner with schools to generate and manage contacts, schedule tours, follow up and register families in CRM and other systems.
  • Be able to multi-task to make and handle large call volume, both intake and outbound for prospective families.
  • Meet weekly sales targets and metrics to achieve hitting the enrollment budget.


Experience and EducationEssential Skills and Experience:
  • Inside sales/phone sales competencies.

  • Passionate about education and making a difference.
  • Collaborative and cooperative attitude to work independently and within a team.
  • Possesses an assertive, positive and professional entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven history with meeting enrollment/sales goals.
  • Can overcome objections, take feedback and maintains personal characteristics that involves being hungry, humble and smart.
  • Build value in the school and knowledge of the education industry preferred.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
