Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Enrollment Operation Manager for our US office. As the Enrollment Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of student recruitment to enrollment, as well as managing the culture exchange programs offered by our study abroad service providing company. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless end-to-end services for students pursuing US university programs, from initial application to visa processing.

Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment and Enrollment:

• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to identify target regions and demographics for student enrollment.
• Oversee the admission process, ensuring timely communication with students and universities, and handling any admission-related issues.
• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to our study abroad programs.

Application and Visa Processing:

• Facilitate the visa application process for international students, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with US immigration regulations.
• Guide and assist application processors in completing application forms accurately and submit required documents for university admissions.

Team Management:

• Lead and inspire a team of application processors, recruiters, and culture exchange program coordinators.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to achieve their goals and foster a positive work environment.

Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance the service quality and expand opportunities for students.

Performance evaluation and Reporting:

• As the Enrollment Operation Manager, you will be responsible for conducting performance evaluations for team members, analyzing key performance indicators, and preparing comprehensive reports to assess enrollment activities and culture exchange program success, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines related to international education, student visas, and cultural exchange programs in the US.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards governing our services.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with US university admissions procedures and student visa processing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Proven experience in student recruitment and enrollment processes within the education or study abroad industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
