Description


Trocaire College is seeking an Enrollment Assistant that will serve as a team member of the operations / processing staff within the offices of admissions and financial aid. Primary responsibilities include in-person, phone, electronic and postal service communications with new and continuing students at the College.


Qualifications


  • Associates required, Bachelors preferred
  • Position requires good organization and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, staff and external constituents.

Essential Job Functions


  • Processing of student inquiries
  • Assist other operations / processing staff with their primary roles when needed
  • Inventory fulfillment to include oversight / ordering marketing collateral and office supplies, managing inventory, and leading fulfillment projects
  • Execute periodic (e.g. daily, weekly, etc.) communications workflow
  • Maintain the privacy of student records and information
  • Attend special events for Enrollment
  • Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible and professional engagement
  • Processing of student files within College's student information system as well as file creation
  • Provide administrative support to the Dean of Admissions and Director of Financial Aid
  • Upload all documents (i.e. electronic and paper) into CAMS
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Cover welcome center office hours and lunch breaks as needed.
  • Assist with clerical duties within Enrollment
