Engineering Program Manager

Location:Lisle, IL (Day 1 onsite)

Job Type:- Full Time only

Duration:Long-term

If worked with OEM would be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement new and necessary technologies in Automotive / commercial.
  • Communicate, coach, and coordinate project engineers.
  • Directing consultant and engineer as required to complete the specific projects.
  • Analysis and effective strategies for business goals deadlines, schedules, and budgets.
  • Developing monthly status reports.
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Tracking work plan and performance Matrix.
  • Budgeting hours and costs for the program.
  • With the above requirement, he should have worked in technical (design) areas to
  • Exposure and knowledge of engineering design, vehicle integration, and packaging in the automotive domain.
  • Assisting other members of the operational team as well to the hierarchies.
