Including but not limited to:
- Full list of responsibilities upon request
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor furniture belonging to guestrooms and public areas.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
- Guided by a checklist, inspect the overall condition (mechanical, cleanliness) of guest rooms and public areas.
- Work with Engineering Department to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
- Perform minor repairs, as well as paint touchups as needed.
- Maintain Hot Tubs.
- Communicate any major maintenance issues via the maintenance application.
- Communicate with the Front Desk any maintenance delays or issues to make necessary changes to room status.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods of walking and lifting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to use small tools (mechanical and powered).
- Computer literate
