the responsibilities.
Including but not limited to:
  • Full list of responsibilities upon request
  • Maintain cleanliness of outdoor furniture belonging to guestrooms and public areas.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
  • Guided by a checklist, inspect the overall condition (mechanical, cleanliness) of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Work with Engineering Department to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
  • Perform minor repairs, as well as paint touchups as needed.
  • Maintain Hot Tubs.
  • Communicate any major maintenance issues via the maintenance application.
  • Communicate with the Front Desk any maintenance delays or issues to make necessary changes to room status.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Prolonged periods of walking and lifting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to use small tools (mechanical and powered).
  • Computer literate
