Engagement Manager

Mission

This role is accountable to serve as the executive lead on our client implementation teams resulting in successful outcomes and value realization for assigned clients by partnering with our client’s executive team members to provide strategic consulting and developing strong internal partnerships with cross-functional leadership to drive to a company-wide consensus for client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures key project deliverables meet or exceed our standards
  • Capable of facilitating and leading executive presentations and steering committee meetings
  • Skilled at leading and coordinating across diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • College degree (MBA degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning systems, functionality, and technology
  • Builds collaborative relationships with the client executives that increases the perception of the value the platform brings to their business and expands future opportunities
  • Required Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in software consulting and implementation of projects
  • Supports project team in identification and resolution of client project risks and issues, through mitigation and escalation as appropriate
  • Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with executives
  • Accountable for project quality assurance to ensure client satisfaction
  • Simplify and communicate key value drivers to Client executive teams
  • Partner with the client’s executive team to provide strategic consulting and build the future roadmap of additional capabilities
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar supply chain projects
  • Ensures project team adheres to policies, methodologies, and quality standards
  • Knowledgeable of strategic and change management best practices
  • Provide timely guidance and feedback to team members and practice leaders to strengthen and build knowledge/skills to be more effective in project roles and to prepare them for advancement in their careers.
  • Travel requirements approximately 25%
  • Responsible for overall quality and timeliness of key project communications
  • Work with the client’s executive sponsors, actively participate in steering meetings to resolve issues, provide executive guidance, help remove obstacles and clarify key decisions
  • Accountable for compliance to project scope and client success
  • Develop strong internal partnerships with cross-functional leadership to drive to a company-wide consensus for client success
  • Demonstrated success in client executive engagement and leadership
  • Lead multiple, concurrent, complex platform implementations
  • 10-years’ experience in a supply chain leadership role and project leadership experience
