The Role
We are currently looking for a Services Engagement Manager who will act as a link between our sales and services team, this is an opportunity to work for with a true leader in Life Sciences digital manufacturing operations delivery.
As an Engagement Manager, the individual will be responsible for setting up customers for success and representing the entire value proposition and effort behind Digital Manufacturing Operations Management Lifecycle. In this role, you will be working with our clients to establish, maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders as well as be not only a trusted party to the client but ensure that deliveries are successful. This is a critical role in ensuring successful implementation and serves as an integral part of the sales cycle and during project delivery, acting as a solution expert working in close alignment with the Zaether Sales and Technical Services Delivery Teams.
Delivery of Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) are a key deliverable from the Services Engagement Manager, along with implementation partner recommendations and strategic alignment of the team prior to lifecycle/project start. This role will be focused on recognition of outcomes, benchmarking for success criteria, and improving clients experience and utilization with the overall Zaether organization.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction of all services provided to the client
  • Inspire client with (new) solutions to their issues
  • Participate in account planning, upselling and cross-selling and advise customers on adoption of services, projects and innovative initiatives
  • Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Understands customer business objectives and ensured delivered solutions meet those objectives
  • Provide awareness and alignment with partner ecosystem
  • Align closely with sales teams to provide implementation proposals, contracts, and pricing
  • Ensure that contractual obligations are met
  • Work with services and service leadership to ensure successful project delivery aligned to delivered implementation plan
  • Work with different delivery channels to ensure a seamless delivery that meets customer objectives
  • Position lifecycle solutions offering including support, training and other solutions that may be needed for a successful customer experience
