Energy and Sustainability Advisor

We are looking for smart and creative people who are interested in helping businesses to develop cutting-edge energy management strategies and to navigate the energy transition. Successful candidates must be self-starters and entrepreneurs who are committed to delivering superior energy advice to companies that are faced with a variety of complex energy challenges that include volatile market prices, reliability, and the need to meet aggressive carbon reduction targets. The successful candidate for this role should reside in the Greater Chicago area.

What We Will Expect of You

• 3 or more years’ experience in the energy industry (retail gas and/or electricity, sustainability, solar, demand response etc.) or an industry that easily translates
• B2B outside sales experience is a plus
• BA/BS degree required, MA/MS degree highly desired
• This role is for people who are willing to identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and other channels
• Superior communication skills
• Ambition, passion, teamwork, and grit
