Energetic, Fun Preschool / Pre-Kindergarten Teaching Position

We are seeking candidates that have experience with the age group of two and up to 3 to 5 years old in a child care center with Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten age children. We are OVERSTAFFED WITH 33 teachers and 5 full-time mangers to support you! The curriculum is already written and you have a full-time dedicated curriculum coach. You won't take work home on weekends or write lesson plans and we do your supply shopping for you. We are looking for the BEST teachers to continue building our team so that we continue to provide the best care and education in our community. Our Toddler classrooms follow an annual curriculum and are two to three years of age; the classrooms are fully stocked with age appropriate toys, furniture and each classroom is AC temperature control.

Primrose School of Broadview Heights seeks to hire an enthusiastic full-time LEAD Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten teacher who want to make a difference and put their talents to use! We are currently overstaffed but we are still looking to add to our team and hire the best in early education; our goal begin to hire and train a full time teacher before the new year!
Responsibilities:

• Gets children engaged in classroom activities by employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.)
• Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule.
• Responsible (along with a co-teacher) for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children in a classroom
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Maintains a positive relationship with parents
• Observes all rules and regulations of Primrose School of Broadview Heights and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.

Desired skills and experience:

• Passionate about Early Childhood Education
• The ability to manage a classroom of up to 24 children with a fun, loving, positive attitude
• Proven experience as a Lead Preschool or Pre-kindergarten Teacher
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
• Creative, Collaborative, Engaging and Nurturing
