Who Are We?

Founded in 1985, Back to Basics Learning Dynamics has facilities nationwide, serving the diverse educational needs of over 20,000 students in DE, MD, and PA. We lead the area in 1-on-1 personalized tutoring for Pre-K through college-age students and adults by providing instruction in 60+ subjects, the most comprehensive range of subjects available.

Where you Come In!

Back to Basics is partnering with state education systems and is looking for experienced virtual elementary reading and math tutors. This opportunity is perfect for retired teachers looking to still make an important difference in the lives of students or anyone looking to utilize their skills and experience to help others. This is a contracted position.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must have a sincere passion and interest in helping students succeed.
• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• MUST have reliable internet access and video conferencing capabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching or virtual tutoring, not including student teaching.
• MUST have experience in written documentation regarding lesson and student progress.
• Teaching Certificate preferred but not necessary

The Details:

• Elementary reading and MATH Virtual Tutoring
• This is a VIRTUAL POSITION
• Availability needed between the hours of 4pm-7pm (EST) Monday through Friday BUT you can make your own schedule! - Flexible Scheduling - Minimum 6 hours a week.
