This position is responsible for troubleshooting and the repair of various electronic devices’ hardware, software and peripheral components. Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages including operating systems. Provides depot technical support to internal and 3rd party Organizations.

KNOWLEDGE
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize and troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in operating equipment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, in technology or computer technology
  • 1 year of experience in technical support or a technical repair environment required All education must be verified and accredited by the Department of Education
