Responsibilities

• Test electrical systems to ensure compatibility
• Notify management if hazardous equipment is in operation
• Fasten electrical boxes to studs and walls
• Maintain clean and orderly work site
• Read blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure compliance with NEC
• Plan, layout, and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to meet NEC standards and job specification

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant electrical experience
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 a plus
• Journeyman license in VA a Plus
• Verifiable work history
