Easy Automation in Welcome, MN is seeking a full-time candidate to assemble Control Panels and wire Mechanical Equipment. In this role, the candidate will work on various tasks including, but not limited to, control panel wiring, part preparation (drilling, tapping, cutting), assembly, reading schematics, and soldering. Previous experience in each of these tasks is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Working hours for the position are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday; assigned overtime, as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Able to prioritize and fulfill multiple tasks regularly.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, reach, and squat consistently throughout a full workday.

• Excellent communications skills.
• Ability to work well with limited supervision.
