Role and Responsibilities:

• Position requires compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks on time as directed by maintenance planners.
• Perform general electrical duties such as installing conduit and wiring motors. Install and trouble shoot instrumentation.
• Successfully complete all required periodic plant and job specific training.
• It is the responsibility of all employees to adhere to all site rules- and to adhere to all ways of working- and processes and procedures within that role
• Participate in the installation- startup- procuring and de bugging of equipment.
• Timely Period Work completion.
• Participates as an active member in the PSM Team.
• Team participation is required.
• Ability to perform all sanitation duties.
• A Minimum of a High school diploma. This position requires HS Diploma and previous work experience in the electrical field. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary. Must have the ability to perform accurate work- have attention to detail and ability to function in a high performance work team.
• Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Support Plant Projects.
• Sanitation: Will ensure that the equipment and machinery he/she works with is cleaned and sanitized per the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions.
• Troubleshooting and operating equipment to reduce downtime.
• Safety: Will follow instructions delivered during the training that explained the fundamentals of the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep himself/herself and others away from harm while performing his/her duties. Will adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.
• Weekend and Holiday Work Will Be Required.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Perform PLC- HMI and Process Control responsibilities- as well as knowledge of motor control centers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensures all products manufactured comply with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.
