Role Overview

We are hiring an EIR of Career Outcomes to spearhead partnerships & programs that enable job placements for our graduates. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for placements: identifying employer partnership, enabling industry-led project opportunities, and other programs that ensure our graduates are prepared for jobs in the industry. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience placing thousands of graduates from top-tier technical bootcamp programs, and has a founder mindset for building new 0 to 1 initiatives.

The ideal candidate thinks big, is biased towards action, and turns their ideas into tangible outcomes. Our hope is that you will grow placements into one of the largest segments at Masterschool.

Key Responsibilities

You will help take critical projects from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to 1,000. To do this, you’ll be responsible for:

• Relentless Execution - delivering high-quality outcomes and unlock new opportunities for placements growth
• Diving Deep - defining and tracking key metrics and KPIs, and sharing progress with the company.
• Business Strategy - developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for job placements for thousands of graduates and current students, including employer partnerships, industry projects, and job-ready content
• Inventing New Processes - building a ‘playbook’ to help establish new systems and scale the Outcomes team
