Ecommerce Manager Jobs

Summary:

Our client in the Food & Beverages industry is looking to add a talented, onsite Ecommerce Manager to their team. The Ecommerce Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of system solutions to ensure that goals and business unit objectives are met. This role will serve as a liaison between internal customers our development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reviews to improve skills and performance utilizing PDS as tool to conduct optimal performance discussions, articulate consistent skill evaluations, recommend actions and tactics, and measure progress.
• Manage external vendor relationships, and control spend.
• Promote and support Company culture within the IT organization.
• Improve business processes, promote the strategic use of information technology, and enable the workforce to use technologies as a competitive tool.
• Create value-added system process that allows the organization to operate efficiently & effectively.
• Design and document relationships between end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices.
• Support the widespread use of PDS within the IT organization.
• Provide a clear plan for bringing innovative, actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Develop integrated solutions across a distributed enterprise architecture, to optimize data processing across core applications for assigned functional areas.
• Support the re-engineering and new development of all core applications for assigned business units, including but not limited to: Sales Commercial Finance.
• Utilize systems to identify training needs and design development curriculum, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company.
• Support functional areas of marketing and ecommerce with being primary IT contact and IT business partner.

Key Requirements:

• Strong planning, organizational, analytical and technical skills
• Yes implementation or project management experience
• Ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Demonstrated success developing e-commerce platforms, including: leading web design & software development, web analytics, search engine optimization, on line transaction systems
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
