Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our team and provide analytical support for our Amazon business. A successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, traffic, conversion and pricing to provide insights that drive improved profitability and operational efficiency. The Analyst will work closely with our Ecommerce team to identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to optimize our Amazon business.
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact the business to the appropriate stakeholders
- Monitor and react to the competitive landscape within our Amazon categories
- Execute processes pertaining to product listing creation and optimization, inventory replenishment, and account maintenance
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion, and pricing to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Share insights and recommendations to the team to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Detail oriented
