Early Childhood Substitute Teacher - Immediate Start

We are looking for Teachers and Lead Teachers to work with early years education, preschools and daycares in Houston.

Zen Educate places Assistant Teachers in a variety of daycares and early childhood centers based on your preference. We work with you to find the best fit to match your career goals and personal preferences.

Key Duties:

• Support the school where needed
• Maintaining a safe learning environment
• Assign lessons and follow the classroom teacher’s lesson plans
• Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students’ learning experiences and support them as needed
• Directing potty training if applicable to age group
• Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year experience working with children
• High School Degree or GED

Preferred Requirements: (don’t let these stop you from applying!)

• Associates Degree or higher
• Pediatric first aid & CPR certification
• Past work experience in a school
• CDA
• ECE Credits

Educator pay will reflect qualifications and experience level
