• Manage and monitor productivity levels, efficiency flow and direct corrective action as needed.
• Ensure that all company safety and compliance policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with and provide information and feedback regarding personnel issues including hiring, training, evaluation, disciplining and following up on delivery team concerns.
• Manage, instruct, and train employees on daily execution of their delivery driver responsibilities.

• Clear and consistent communication with all teams.

• Drive delivery route if necessary.
• Attend periodic meetings as scheduled.

The Driver Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery drivers are maintaining a high level of internal and external customer service along with ensuring the fleet is maintained and in excellent working order.
