Seeking drivers for Community Health Partnership of Illinois (Champaign, Mendota, Aurora, Harvard and Kankakee area) responsible for transporting packages, patients and support medical outreach and educational activities for a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization . Duties include, but are not limited to; delivering packages from site to site, transportation patients to and from home to medical appointment, support medical outreach and education in a timely manner. Drivers are responsible for transporting clients or handling deliveries in a timely manner, and they may have to work nights and weekends to accomplish some outreach activities/duties. Common duties, requirements and responsibilities for drivers are to:

• Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
• Always interact with clients professionally.
• Arrange for vehicle repairs.
• Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
• Transport clients and packages to and from Health Center Clinics.
• Arrive at destinations on schedule.
• Must have a CDL license.
• Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always clean, meets state requirements, fueled and ready for use.
• Transport clients/patient to and from medical appointments.
• Maintain a route log daily, mileage records and repair records up to date.
