Will operate property owned vehicle and transport residents for shuttle/shopping trips as scheduled. Will also drive residents to other locations as requested by the Community Manager.

• Abide by all fair housing regulations interacting with residents, staff, vendors and general public.
• Perform other duties as directed by Community Manager.
• Maintain Monthly bus trip logs with mileage.
• Inspect and maintain all vehicle safety requirements, reporting any issues to Manager.
• Prepare any incident or liability reports if required.
• Maintain records for vehicle inspections and repairs. (report to Manager to approve/ schedule)
• Professionally and Respectfully communicate with residents for transport.
• Operate community owned shuttle bus and transport residents. Will operate vehicle lift and be responsible for safely strapping in residents when required.
• Maintain bus cleanliness.

Required Experience

Must have Passenger transport experience, CDL License with “P” endorsement and any other required certifications.

Must have excellent driving record and required physical certifications.

Required Education/Training

CDL certification/Fair Housing training

Required Skills and Abilities

Must have ability to communicate respectfully with residents.

Must be able to maintain CDL and all required certifications/endorsements.

Working Conditions

Position involves driving a company vehicle, and will have all the inherent risks of operating a motor vehicle, including possibility of involvement in automobile accidents.

Must be able to work outside during all types of weather for an extended period of time.
