Tobico Logistics is currently looking to contract experienced step-deck, flatbed, and/or RGN haulers to put into our Lease Operator program. We offer quality equipment, as well as dispatch and business management support to help you be as successful as you want to be! What We Need from You...

• A willingness to learn from our experience team of dispatchers, driver managers and industry business experts. We will help you find that road to success, but that starts with listening and learning.
• Able to manage your own expenses including fixed, fuel charges, tolls, etc.
• To be a representation of Tobico while on the road - You're your own boss, but our name is on the side of the truck so, take care of it please!
• Meet the weekly revenue goal consistently
• Commitment to good communication with our team - We can't help you if you don't tell us what you need!

Things we HAVE to have...

• Preferably 1 year of experience as a lease operator or owner operator
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
• At least 2 years of experience hauling oversize/heavy haul freight, using either flatbed, step deck or RGN trailers
• Valid CDL-A
• ZERO Major traffic violations in the last 5 years (Including but not limited to careless driver, speeding 20 mph+, improper lane changes, fleeing and eluding, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience operating a tractor in the last 3 years
