Responsibilities

• Field surveys and as-built documentation
• Process & Instrumentation Diagrams
• Produce construction details for architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines with guidance
• Provide advanced drafting and design services by preparing and maintaining construction drawings, facilities layouts, and engineering drawings
• Develop simple to mid-level designs/layouts through fabrication level 3D models
• Develop custom Revit families, including creation/modification of "parametric" families.
• Assemble full permit level and construction level drawing packages with Project Architects and Engineers

• Work experience should include projects from the following: commercial offices, mission critical/data centers, biotech, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, industrial, or R&D
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
• Ability to quickly read and understand construction plans and schematics
• Ability to create construction plans by interpreting and combining multiple sources of information into one plan set

• Strong working knowledge of common construction materials and methods.

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, communicate succinctly and clearly to all levels of the organization, and maintain effectiveness while working autonomously or collaboratively.
