General Duties

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

A. Performing drafting or graphic functions in designing, constructing, updating and

maintaining maps and logs, drawings, graphs, charts, and schematics that comprise

Engineering OSP Facilities Records or other drawings.

B. Using Computer Assisted Drafting Design (CADD) systems to prepare work orders and

maintain records.

C. Preparing diagrams or schematics from rough sketches.

D. Compiling, summarizing and analyzing data for reports and engineering documents.

E. Responding to request for loop make-up.

F. Responding to requests for PA-One Call for underground locates of telephone facilities.

G. Making accounting record adjustments and performing miscellaneous duties with regards

to engineering records.

H. Maintaining a high level of customer service in verbal and written communications with

interfacing organizations, clients, vendors or customers.

I. May process 3rd party agreements and 3rd party licenses for attachments to poles.

J. May process survey and initial make ready payments and maintain records associated

with pole attachments.

K. Meeting annual performance objectives.

L. May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company.

Additional duties,

• Update the Pole Records System (PRS) with billing information from Power Company work notifications.
• Update the Pole Records System (PRS) with billing information from pole work orders completed by Verizon.
• Create new pole asset records in Pole Records System (PRS) from Power Company new pole add notifications as well as Engineering/Vendor requests.
• Create reports and billing sheets to exchange with the Power Company to reconcile net billing totals for completed pole work.

• Generate new pole numbers in the Pole Records System (PRS) for new pole adds to the pole inventory.
