• Run audience and outreach metrics
• Someone who can adopt and implement solutions
• Have existing leadership skills, experience building a department
• Run marketing campaigns
• Someone who knows content strategy, and can oversee content and be client facing
• Create marketing channels (ie youtube) + can network and reach audiences
