Our team members provide excellent customer service and attentive, loving care to each and every canine guest. They also take pride in our facility and work diligently as a team to maintain our high standard of cleanliness and safety.

As a Level 1 Associate, you will be a part of every aspect of our business from day 1.

Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance – cleaning and other janitorial duties to maintain a sanitary facility
• Customer Relations – client greetings, check-in/out, photos, emails, phone calls, assistance
• Retail Store – inventory stocking, product knowledge, sales
• Canine Care – feeding, bathing and other Dioji grooming services
• Safe Practices - handling dogs while safely moving throughout the facility
• Play Yard Supervision - constantly on your feet to actively manage all dogs in a play yard

Qualifications:

As an Associate, you will be working in a very fast-paced, hands-on, physically active role as part of a tremendous team! You are a good fit if you:

• Share our love of dogs and are comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes
• Enjoy physical activity and are able to work on your feet for 4-8 hrs
• Are physically able to frequently bend and lift up to 25 lbs
• Are at least 16 years of age
• Enjoy working as part of an awesome team and learning new skills
