Job Description of Dog Daycare Associate The Dog Daycare Associate is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for the dogs in their care. They will be responsible for providing exercise, playtime, and socialization for the dogs, as well as monitoring their behavior and health. The Dog Daycare Associate will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility, as well as providing customer service to clients. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of canine behavior and body language
• Ability to handle multiple dogs at once
• Ability to recognize and respond to signs of stress and aggression in dogs
• Ability to provide basic obedience training
• Ability to provide basic medical care and first aid
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with animals
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
