Job Summary

This role serves as the support leader for Xfinity Communities. The Xfinity Communities team drives growth through key relationships in the multi-family sector and selling door-to-door across the footprint. The Division Sr. Manager leads a team of specialists charged with business planning and enabling our field teams to be their best. This team owns turf-management tools & process. Core Responsibilities

  • Interfaces with appropriate internal group s (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.
  • Provides overall direction of the Product Sales Support and Analysis Team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting and production/control of presentations and proposals.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.
  • Generates daily activity reports and reporting trends.
  • Manages report generation, sales packet compilation and ad-hoc administrative support of client prospecting, renewals and development.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Pay Range: $109,741.49 - $164,612.23

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
