JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 1st level of management "Above_Shop."
  • Communicates and coaches store management/franchisees district-wide policies and procedures, initiatives, product information, and marketing programs.
  • For solely franchised operations, operational oversight focuses primarily on coaching for optimal sales and profit performance and successful integration of new franchisees into the system.
  • Hires and trains store management.
  • Manages multiple stores within an assigned district, ensuring store operations are profitable, providing excellent customer service, and controlling costs.
  • Provides feedback on key performance indicators and partners with store management to develop action plans.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • District maturity: pace of expansion/growth,
  • Generally manages the equivalent of annual corporate store volume (revenue) of up to 5MM USD.
  • Operational execution complexity: corporate/franchise mix, store operator capabilities.
  • Years of experience/tenure are not a factor in leveling.
  • For solely franchised operations, store count and/or system sales are primary leveling differentiators.
  • Additional criteria that may be considered as potential leveling differentiators:
