We believe in empowering your future! What You’ll Do: In the role of Distribution Center Manager, you will lead a team of DC associates in all general Distribution Center (DC) activities. Such activities include overseeing day to day order processing, inventory control, and transportation decisions. Additional responsibilities include facility management, expense control, site safety and security. This is a highly visible role. The right individual must be comfortable working with both local and national sales teams in a time sensitive, transactional work environment. Ideal candidate must be a confident, yet humble team player with a can-do attitude. Most importantly, a candidate must have a proven track record to lead, train and develop people in fast paced work environment. Working Conditions: This position will lead a team of 50 to 60 employees on all necessary activities This is a hands-on position. Individual must be comfortable driving a forklift and lifting up to 70 lbs. routinely throughout the day as you will be required to work alongside your team in satisfying the daily workload.
