Job Description

Overview

This position contributes to the success of Frito-Lay by supervising the loading of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
  • Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards
  • Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
  • Utilize docks, warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
  • Supervise warehouse loaders within the warehouse
  • Schedule the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner
  • Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling
  • Ensure the team is adequately staffed, managed and trained
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $62,000 - $75,000• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement• In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

Qualifications

Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry a plus
Work Experience:
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of Operations or Logistics experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
  • Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
