The Dispatcher supports the day-to-day operations of the company by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians to calls.

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call
  • Get to know your technician’s, likes and dislikes, closing ratios, licenses, communication skills, and more to help them be successful
  • Answer customer questions while navigating through multiple systems
  • Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system
  • Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls
  • Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue
  • Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeat customer


Requirements:


  • Task-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Self-starter, reliable, high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to constantly learn and grow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
