Dispatch Coordinator Jobs

We are looking for a highly motivated Dispatch Coordinator to assist our Project Management teams in procuring vendors that provide skilled trade and handyman-related services, materials, and equipment at competitive prices throughout North America.You will be able to translate scope of work requirements into the correct vendor service(s) to procure.You will bring existing knowledge of facility services and vendor trades and be capable of being trained to use our innovative Vizyon sourcing tools to source new vendors. You should be comfortable interacting with vendors and be capable of eliciting satisfactory responses to your requests. You should also be capable of capturing vendor data required to begin the Vizyon vendor onboarding process. You should be able to maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations. A high-performing Dispatch Coordinator should be able to develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

As a Vendor Dispatch Coordinator your primary responsibility is to grow the vendor base to ensure we are able to assign vendors on demand to meet our customers needs. Forming partnerships and working closely with our project managers and account managers, you will ensure that the vendor assignment requirements are being monitored and acted on. You will also build the vendor base based on corporate initiatives as we grow our business and our customers' needs expand.
