Salary: $9.00 - $11.00

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as (but not limited to) properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies. Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested. Experience washing dishes in a restaurant setting is preferred. Must also be willing to help out in the kitchen with light cooking and prepping duties.
Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers. Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus!
• 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 50 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
