For Dishwasher

Position Title: Dishwasher

Position is: Full-Time 35+ or Part-Time 26+

Starting Pay: $16/hr

Reports To: Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Lead Cooks

Position Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated person who can work with little supervision. They must be a team player and possesses or is willing to learn time management skills. No experience is necessary but the willingness to work hard is a must.

Dishwasher Duties and Responsibilities:

• Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
• Willingness to work in a hot, humid environment and on be your feet for an extended period of time
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• No experience required (we’re willing to train)
• Follow and complete tasks as assigned via Executive Chef/ Sous Chef/ Lead Cook
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 50 lbs
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Possesses excellent critical thinking and time management skills
• Sweep or scrub floors.
